Germano Angelo Winery
See the website www.germanoangelo.com
From a long line of winemakers in Barolo Germano Angelo founded the winery in 1908 and from generation to generation the precepts of his ancestors handed down and mingle with the highest level technological innovations.
The local production and aging were then transferred to La Morra to take advantage of more space than the structure of Barolo.
The winery in La Morra is composed for one third from the premises of the farm that was part of the seventeenth-century bishop of Alba estates and became property of the winery in the seventies when work began for the construction of the other two thirds.
The vaults of the cellar are all made of wood and the glance of the wine room with its large truss is really impressive.
The aging rooms are in the oldest part of the building where the walls exceed 60 cm in thickness maintaining the ideal environment for storing wine.
At our winery in La Morra we will be happy to let you taste our wines.
For groups or if you want a guided tasting, or to taste some specialties paired with wines, please fill out the contact form, call us or send us an email in advance.
